Description:
This was the first phase of the Imperial Wharf development consisting
of 203 high specification apartments.
Dennis Cox undertook the complete M & E services installation
including all of the infrastructure works.
We also completed the fitting
out of the apartments, including state of the art bathrooms, specialist
systems, VRV comfort cooling, heat recovery ventilation and home
network systems.
