The second phase in this project, whilst similar to the initial Imperial Wharf phase, consisted of 32 high specification apartments.

Once again we undertook the complete M & E services installation including all of the infrastructure works.

We also completed the fitting out of the apartments, including state of the art bathrooms, specialist systems, VRV comfort cooling, heat recovery ventilation and home network systems.
