Description:
The refurbishment and rewiring of the iconic Grade I listed Art Deco building in three phases over 3 years to bring it up to modern electrical, mechanical and data standards whilst still retaining its heritage charm.
The building is home to the offices of the Chancellor of the University and the universities administrative offices. The building is also home to the important library and archives of the university of London, containing some of the oldest manuscripts in existence.
We have undertaken the electrical and mechanical elements of the refurbishment including innovating ways to incorporate modern technology into old antique bronze fittings.
